Our missionaries are committed to building relationships with the children and teens who attend Children's Haven. Our desire to see their lives transformed by Christ’s love.

As the relationships between our staff and the children grow and strengthen, the children soon learn how much the staff of Children’s Haven and the Lord loves them. Missionaries are able to spend quality time with the children during the after school program which offers homework help time, Bible and discipleship classes, game time, craft time, hang out and have fun time, as well as a teen leadership program.

Our missionaries are focused on ministering to the children in our program from the time they enter the program until they graduate from high school—and sometimes longer! Our missionaries walk with each child as he grows and develops. They build a trust relationship with them that can only be developed by time. As this trust grows and deepens, it becomes possible for the missionary to imprint the child’s life and disciple him in a unique way.
