1) We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is God’s infallible Word. The original text was verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is the Christian’s authority for faith and practice. 2 Peter 1:21; 2 Timothy 3:16

2) We believe that God subsists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. This Trinity is One God, each person having the same nature, attributes and perfection. Matthew 3:16 – 17; John 14: 16 – 17

3) We believe that man was created in God’s image by a direct act of God. Man of his own volition fell into sin, thus bringing the entire race under God’s judgment. Genesis 1:26 – 27; Romans 5:12, 6:23

4) We believe that Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, came to earth to become the propitiation for the sins of all mankind by His death and bodily resurrection. This redemption is a free gift of God and is appropriated by the repentant sinner by grace through faith in Christ. Matthew 1:18 – 25; Luke 13:3; Acts 16: 30-31; Ephesians 2: 8-9; Romans 4:25

5) We believe that Satan is a living personality who at every opportunity will seek to thwart God’s plans and purposes. He is to be resisted in the power of Christ and of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 6:10 – 18; Hebrews 2:14; 1 Peter 5:8 – 9; 1 John 3:8

6) We believe that Jesus Christ after His ascension sent the Holy Sprit to dwell within the believer and empower him for holiness and service. John 15:26; Acts 1:8-9; 2 Corinthians 6:17 – 7:1

7) We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ, at which time He shall reward the believing righteous and take them to be with Him forever. The unbelieving wicked shall be judged and sent to everlasting conscious punishment. John 5: 28 – 29; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16 – 17; Hebrews 9: 27 - 28
